 This site was built as a personal portal, but has grown to be an information site for our family members and others.
I have been hosting and administering websites for about 8 years now, using different coding architecture and technologies like MySQL, PHP, HTML, XML, Java, Flash and software like Plain text editors, MSword, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and Flash 5. Although this is not my day to day job, I love doing it for simply pleasure.

As far as my work and expertise is concerned, I have been in the Network Administration for 10+ years now. Lately (last 5 years), I've been focusing on Telecommunications. By this I mean VoIP and specifically SIP and T.38 for FaxOverIP. In the past 2 years I've been head first in this cutting edge Telecommunication Industry involved in designing, implementing, testing and turn-up of Corporate LAN and WAN SIP networks over public and private IP FastE connections, capable of sustaining 50,000+ calls /day and 300 concurrent calls. This is accomplished by using the latest technology in VoIP like MediaGateways, SIP-PBX and Session Border Controllers. Dealing with well known Manufacturers such as Acme Packet, AudioCodes, Excel Switching (formerly Brouktrout), Empirix, Cisco, Asterisk and many more.
SIP is the next generation, and will be a standard within 5 years I predict.
